THE VOICE OF A FATHER

A Father has a very significant role in the lives of his children and family. I want to share about the voice of a Father. The Father must speak to the children and to his family. Not in words but in lifestyle and practice.  Here is an excerpt of my Fathers Day message

A fathers voice will help a child fulfill their God given call and purpose. When I started my family, I had a clear understand about the severity of my role as a father.

The Voice of accountability
Genesis 3:8
8 And they heard the voice of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God amongst the trees of the garden.
    Genesis 3:10
10 And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.

The voice of wisdom
 Exodus 18:24
24 So Moses hearkened to the voice of his father in law, and did all that he had said.
 The voice of authority  
    Psalms 29:4
4 The voice of the Lord is powerful; the voice of the Lord is full of majesty.
The voice of the Word of God
    Psalms 103:20
20 Bless the Lord, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.
